摘　　要：针对社会的需求和高新技术水平已成为国家经济竞争力的核心成分进行分析,提出了民办高校的发展必须创建特色,并且在实施特色教育的同时,注重创新人才培养,这是我国教育现代化建设的重要组成部分,也是在高新技术开发中具有不可替代的作用。In this paper, the author, analyzes the social needs and hi-tech level, which has become the core of the national economy competence, comes up with the idea that the special stress should be laid on the training of innovative people while building the education with characteristic and application characteristic in the non-state-run university, the above will be the important component parts in the education modernization as well as play an irreplaceable role in the hi-tech development in China.
