摘  要:臭氧发生器的发展趋势是高频化。为研究放电平均功率及臭氧产量与电源工作频率的关系,研制了一套串联谐振高频高压电源装置,并在盘式臭氧发生器上进行了实验研究。结果表明:放电平均功率随着频率的升高线性增大;高频臭氧发生器系统受到容性负载串联谐振的影响,工作频率不宜高于谐振频率,若工作频率高于系统谐振频率时,系统将工作不稳定;减少高频变压器的原方匝数、层间距离、原副方线圈之间的距离,可有效地减少其漏感,使系统的谐振频率得到提高,即在更高的频率下稳定工作,最终使放电平均功率、臭氧浓度和产量得到相应提高,臭氧发生器系统的性能显著改善。Based on series resonance theory, this paper developed a high-frequency and high-pressure power supply and a pan type ozone generator, then measured a series of power Lissajous-figure to further research the relation between the average discharge power and the work frequency. The results show that: ( a) As the increase of the frequency, the average discharge power increases linearly; ( b) The power supply of the high-frequency ozone generator would be series resonance with the generator, and the increase of the work frequency is limited by the resonance fre- quency; (c) Improving the technique of the high-frequency transformer such as:reducing the turns of primary winding, reducing the length of layers, reducing the distance between the dominance winding and the secondary winding, could ultimately lead to reducing the leak inductance, and it could let the system have a high steady working-frequency, and the average discharge power is heightened so do the concentration and output of ozone Conclusions can be drawn: 1 ) Because the load of the system is capacitive, the high-frequency ozone generator is affected by serious resonance. If the work-frequency is higher than the resonance frequency, the system may not be stable 2) Reducing the leak inductance could make the high-frequency ozone generator run steadily at a higher frequency, and enhance the average discharge power, the concentration and the output of ozone, finally, the performance of the whole ozone generator system is improved.
