摘  要:根据介质阻挡放电(DBD)产生冷电弧(CPs)的原理,设计制作了“气包液流面型”CPs水处理装置(有效放电空间尺寸为690mm×60mm×10mm),并将其用于对靛蓝胭脂红(IC)溶液的脱色研究。考察外加电压、反应时间、初始浓度、pH值和盐浓度等参数对IC溶液脱色率影响的结果表明:初始浓度c0(IC)=50μmol/L的IC溶液,在外加30 kV交流电压和液体流量为80ml/min条件下经CPs装置反应71s后,其脱色率>96%;溶液脱色率随着外加电压的升高和反应时间的增加而升高,随着c0(IC)的升高和溶液ρ(NaCl)的增大而减少;IC溶液在酸性下的脱色效果最佳,中性次之,而碱性下效果最差;经该CPs装置处理后,IC溶液的pH值逐渐降低。用半衰期法得出IC溶液在冷电弧作用下的反应级数为一级,反应速率常数为0.0469s-1。In order to find out a new way for decolorating dyeing water, a Cold Plasmas (CPs) device (the dimension of it was 690mm 60mm 10mm) of liquid-fill flow type, based on principle of cold plasmas by using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), was designed and applied in the study of decoloration of indigo carmine (IC) solution. Decoloration rate was calculated by measuring absorbance of IC solution in the maximum absorption wavelength (610 nm). Effects of applied AC voltage, treatment time, initial concentration, pH values and salinity on decoloration were studied respectively. The results show that, under the conditions of 30 kV applied AC voltage, 250 rnl total liquid volume, 80ml/min liquid flowrate and 5. 0 ×10^-5 mol/L initial concentration, the decoloration rate of IC exceeds 96% after reacted for 71 seconds. The results also show that the decoloration rate of IC increases with the increasing of applied AC voltage and treatment time, but it decreases with the increasing of initial concentration of the solution and concentration of sodium chloride in the solution. The decoloration rate of IC was topgallant when the solution was acid, secondary when the solution was neutral and bad when the solution was alkaline. The pH of solution declines gradually with the increasing of treatment time, illustrating that in the process of decoloration, acid materials were created by Cold Plasmas. Meanwhile, the reaction order and reaction rate constant are evaluated by the half-life method, the reaction is of first order and the reaction rate constant is 0. 0469 s^-1.
