摘 要:研究了聚砜/聚苯硫醚(PSF/PPS)共混物的动态流变特征、共混物动态热力学行为及力学性能,并分析了相容性与力学性能的关系。结果表明,PPS的加入显著改善了共混物的流动性,共混物的黏度随PPS含量和温度的上升而下降,对剪切速率的变化不敏感;共混体系呈一定界面相互作用的两相体系,其相容性依赖于组成比例。当PSF/PPS为3/7(质量比,下同)时共混体系相容性最好,相应地表现出最好的综合力学性能,尤其是冲击强度比PPS提高了64%。The dynamic rheological and mechanical behaviors for polysulfphone (PSF)/polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) blends were studied, and relationship between compatibility and mechanical properties was analyzed. It was indicated that the fluidity of blends was improved with PPS adding, and viscosity of blends descended with increasing content of PPS and ascending temperature, but independent of shear rate. PSF/PPS blends presented a two-phase structure with interactional interface to certain extent, and its compatibility depended on the proportion of blends. So a well compatibilized PSF/PPS (3/7) blend presented promising general mechanical properties. Especially impact strength of the blend went up by 64 percent as compared with that of neat PPS.
