摘  要:采用连续流活性污泥工艺处理铜离子质量浓度为1 mg/L重金属废水,在系统中添加2,6-二氯苯酚(DCP)作为解偶联剂,其质量浓度为20 mg/L.30 d的连续运行表明,DCP对污泥产率有很好的削减作用,剩余污泥产量相比对照实验下降70%左右.系统运行效能研究表明,COD去除效率相比对照实验下降约4%,Cu2+的去除率达到90%以上,且出水中2,6-二氯苯酚已检不出,但是污泥沉降性和污泥对氮、磷的去除率下降,污泥活性增加.镜检发现,运行30 d后,污泥中丝状菌增多,原生动物和后生动物数量和种类减少.实验结果表明,在运用连续流活性污泥工艺处理重金属废水的系统中添加解偶联剂削减污泥产量可行.Research was on the continuous flow activated sludge system, using heavy metal -containing wastewater with the Cu^2+ concentration of 1 mg/L, and 2,6- dichlorophenol (DCP) as uncoupler with the concentration of 20 mg/L. Through 30 days Continuous operation, we discovered that the removal efficiencies of .COD was 4% lower than the control experiment, and sludge reduction would reach 70%, while 2,6 -dichlorophenol was not detected in the effluent, and the removal efficiency of Cu^2+ was over 90%. But the sludge setfleability and the removal efficiencies of nitrogen and phosphorus dropped, and sludge activity was higher than the control sludge. The microscope examination showed after 30 days' operation, filamentous bacteria in the sludge increased, while quantity and type of protozoon and metazoa reduced. The result indicated that Cu^2+ and 2, 6 - dichlorophenol had the obvious cooperation to the sludge reduction, so using heavy metal and uncoupler to limit the sludge yield in the continuous flow activated sludge system was feasible.
