摘  要:手术室护理专科性较强,持续的护理培训非常重要。但由于受医院管理者的支持不够、缺乏专业的护理培训中心、师资力量不足、培训时间难以保证、培训方式的差异、培训教材欠标准等因素的影响,现有的跟班带教、理论讲座、进修等方式进行的手术室专科护理培训效果收益不明显。通过对现状和各因素的分析,提出了争取医院管理者的支持、完善培训专业机构、培养师资、注重培训的实践性、系统性和培训方式的多样性、有效地运用学习资料7个方面的对策,以提高培训质量,达到促进手术室护理发展的目标。Due to the special knowledge required in operation room,the continuous specific nursing training is very important in operation room. However,the current training programmes are not efficient,such as the follow -up learning,lectures,cantinuous study,etc, The main reasons include inadequate supports from hospital managers,lack of specific training centers,shortage of teaching staff,difficult to ensure training time ,differences of training approaches ,and limited training materials. In the light of the analysis of status and exploration of various influencing factors ,the following strategies should be considered:gaining supports from hospital managers,well developing the training institutions ,training staffs,focusing on training practicity,systemlization ,various of training methods and effectively utilizing learning materials. These measures will be benefit for improvement of training quality and gaining the developmental goal of operation room.
