摘　　要：目的制定符合护理操作规范及脑性瘫痪(以下简称脑瘫)患儿特点的输液流程,理顺静脉输液工作程序,减少差错事故。方法分析脑瘫患儿静脉输液的特点、难点及相关因素,完善各项制度,修改输液流程;改进输液方法;做好输液宣教;制定输液单项考核方案等措施。结果护士责任心增强,业务水平提高,护患配合协调,输液等候时间缩短,无差错发生。结论改进后的输液流程符合脑瘫患儿治疗的需求,调动了护士工作的积极性,患儿家长对输液的满意度提高。Objective To formulate the transfusion flow - sheet which is consistent with nursing procedure standards and characteristics of cerebral palsy, smoothly undertake the intravenous transfusion work for children with cerebral palsy,so as to reduce accidents. Method The measures included analyzing the characteristics, nodus and related factors of intravenous transfusion for children with cerebral palsy, completing all types of regulations revising the transfusion flow, providing health education, and regulating the evaluation of each transfusion process. Results Nurses ＇ sense of responsibility was strengthened,their professional level increased and the cooperations of nurses and patients became better. In addition, the speed of transfusion became quickened and the rate of mistakes decreased. Conclusion The modified transfusion flow - sheet is suitable for children with cerebral palsy, which strengthened nurses＇ working enthusiasm and increased parents＇ satisfaction.
