摘　　要：目的 对直接取出影像视频信号，利用视频采集卡实现胃肠机数字化的局限性做相关探讨。方法 统计（2000～2005）年，发表于专业期刊的相关文章，总结出共同的特点和方法。结果 可以实现数字透视，但不能满足数字点片的基本要求。结论 各医疗机构在升级传统模拟胃肠机时，不宜直接采取此种方案。Objective To give relevant exploration about the limitation of gastroenteric X-ray apparatus＇ digitaIization by directly taking out the video signal and using video sampling card. Methods To get the common features and ways by investigating the related articles published on the professiona magazines between 2000 and 2005. Results It can digitaIize fluoroscopic image, but it can＇ t meet the basic demands of digital spot film.Conclusion This plan is not suitable for medical institutions to adopt when updating traditional gastroenteric X- ray apparatus.
