摘 要:以10个普通玉米自交系为亲本,按照10×10完全双列杂交设计配制组合,对其10个亲本及90个F1当代子粒蛋白质含量进行分析,结果表明,不同自交系及其杂交当代各自之间子粒蛋白质含量存在极显著差异,自交系1,2,3子粒蛋白质含量高,均达140.00 g.kg-1以上,而10号自交系子粒的蛋白质含量最低,仅97.15 g.kg-1;在90个杂交组合中,1×2,1×4,1×9,1×10子粒粗蛋白含量均达150.00 g.kg-1以上,2×7,3×4,3×6,3×9等组合子粒粗蛋白含量均达147.00 g.kg-1以上,而10×2,10×4子粒粗蛋白含量分别仅有85.00和83.16 g.kg-1,说明亲本的遗传背景对杂交当代子粒蛋白质含量有显著影响,而且正反交对F1当代子粒蛋白质含量的效应也不同,母本的效应平均高出父本19.13 g.kg-1.杂交当代子粒蛋白质含量表现具有一定的杂种优势,在90个不同的单交组合中,54.4%的组合蛋白质含量超过中亲值,其中24.4%的组合超过高亲值.Ten common maize inbred lines by a 10 × 10 complete diallel cross design. from different heterotic groups were crossed with each other Contents of their kernel protein were analyzed between parents and F1. The results showed that the protein in inbred lines and hybrids F1 were significantly different. Protein contents of inbred lines No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 were over 140.00 g ·kg^-1 while that of No. 10 was the lowest with 97.15 g ·kg^-1. The contents of protein varied with crosses, 1 ×2, 1 ×4, 1 ×9 and 1 ×10 overl50.00 g ·kg^-1, 2 ×7, 3 ×4, 3 ×6 and 3 ×9 over 147.00 g ·kg^-1, while 10 ×2 and 10 ×4 with 85.00 and 83.16 g·kg^-1,respectively. It showed that the genetic background of parents had distinct effect on protein content of F1 seeds and the effect of female parent was superior to that of male parent with 19.13 g ·kg^-1. Protein content showed a certain heterosis in hybrids F1. The crosses whose heterosis exceeded value of mid-parent took up 54.4% in 90 crosses, and that of 24.4% was over high-parent.
