摘  要:为研究不同粒度的鳞片石墨在膨胀过程中孔结构的变化情况,采用不同粒度的石墨在相同条件下经酸化、高温膨胀获得膨胀倍数不同的膨胀石墨.用扫描电镜观察原料石墨、可膨胀石墨及膨胀石墨形貌,结合膨胀石墨的膨胀倍数,结果发现用不同粒度石墨制备的膨胀石墨的孔隙结构(缠绕空间、V型裂开和网络型孔隙)的特征基本相同,但尺寸随粒度呈规律性的变化.证实石墨粒度、孔隙结构尺寸与膨胀倍数三者之间存在对应关系,粒度是石墨膨胀倍数不同的重要因素.In order to research the changes of microstructure in graphite during the expansion, and to improve the physicochemical index of fine flake graphite, expanded graphite (EG) was prepared by using graphite with different granularity under the same conditions. After observing graphite, expandable graphite, and expanded graphite (EG) by SEM and determining the expansion ratio of expanded graphite, the following results were got: The pore structures (large open space, crevice-like space and web-like space) in EG are fundamentally uniform, but their size varies with the granularity regularly; There is correspondence among granularity, pore structure size, and expansion ratio; Granularity is the main factor to cause different expansion ratio in EG.
