苦瓜籽总甙体外抗HSV-Ⅰ和RSV活性研究

摘　　要：从苦瓜种子中提取苦瓜籽总甙,并测定了此总甙体外抗HSV-Ⅰ和RSV的活性.实验结果表明,0.375×10-3g/mL苦瓜籽总甙药液可抑制HSV-Ⅰ对Vero细胞和RSV对Hep-2细胞的损害.且此浓度对正常Vero细胞和Hep-2细胞均无毒性作用.All the total saponin is extracted from the seeds of Momordica charantia L. The effects of it on in vitro cell showed that no cell toxicity was observed at concentration 0. 375 × 10^-3 g/mL, while anti-virus HSV- Ⅰ and RSV activity was detected at this concentration.
