摘 要:利用125条多态性随机引物对市场上具有代表性的10个东方百合杂交系栽培品种的遗传多样性进行了分析.结果表明:在125条引物中,30条引物能够扩增出多态性片段,引物多态性比例为24%.引物扩增片段数目从3到13条,其中S223可以完全区分10个供试品种.UPGMA法聚类结果表明,10个供试品种之间遗传距离为0.0930-0.5349,10个供试品种在相似系数0.57处可以分为3类,品种之间遗传变异比较丰富.其中Bemini和Tiber的遗传距离是0.0930,推测两者杂交亲本十分相近;而Aktiva与其它样品的遗传距离都大于0.40。说明它与其它品种之间遗传差异比较大.The genetic diversity of 10 widely-used-on-market cultivars in Lilium investigate using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD). Among 125 10 bp random primers, thirty primers generating polymorphic fragments were chosen to amplify polymorphic bands of all of cultivars. Each primer could produce 3 to 13 polymorphic bands. Ten cultivars could be distinguished by primer S233, which revealed that this primer could probably used in classification of other cultivars. Cluster analysis indicated that the genetic distance of 10 cultivats was 0.0930-0.5349, and that all the cultivars could be divided into three groups with the similarity coefficient at 0.57. The genetic distance between Bemini and Tiber was 0.0930, indicating that genotypes of their parents were highly similar. Aktiva was the highly different from the other caltivars.
