摘 要:在评述COS的物理化学性质及各种胺法与砜胺法脱除COS的工业经验和实验室研究结果的基础上,就MDEA法处理含有相当量COS的原料天然气使净化气总硫含量达标而可能采取的措施及相应带来的问题展开了讨论。The physical and chemical properties of COS, the industrial experience and laboratory research results in the removal of COS by amine processes and sulfinol processes were reviewed in this paper. In order to meet the total sulfur specification in the sweetened gas for the raw natural gas containing COS, we can take some measures such as adding some DIPA to MDEA solution (the COS removal rate from about 40% to 50%) or adding sulfoane to MDEA solution (the COS removal rate from about 40% to 85% or higher). In addition, methyl monoethanolamine should be used to conduct some research work in removing of COS.
