摘　　要：自2005年7月我国宣布改革人民币汇率形成机制以来,相关的配套政策相继出台,从平衡外汇供求关系、提高居民和企业持汇意愿、放宽汇率波动幅度、改革外汇交易方式、丰富外汇避险工具等多个方面,为外汇体制改革的顺利进行打下坚实的基础:下一步,要进一步解放思想,深化外汇体制改革,推动外汇交易的灵活性和便利性,夯实人民币汇率形成的市场基础。The FX market before the exchange rate regime reform In 1994, China＇s FX management system underwent a major reform： the dual exchange rates were unified; the system of FX retention, turning-in, and quota management was cancelled; mandatory planning, examination and approval of FX utilization were abolished; the system of FX sale and purchase with banks was set up; a national unified interbank FX market was established; a managed floating exchange rate system was launched based on market supply and demand; the People＇s Bank of China （PBC） entered the market to balance FX supply and demand;
