摘  要:目的研究微菌落法在评价化学消毒剂杀菌效果方面的应用,建立评价消毒剂消毒效果新技术。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和显微镜观察计数方法,以碘伏和含酚消毒剂为对象进行了杀菌效果评价。结果以含对氯间二甲苯酚2400 mg/L的消毒液分别作用15 min和22.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00。以有效碘含量为1050 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒液作用1min,对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>4.00。经对常规计数法与微菌落法所得结果进行统计学分析,两组数据无明显差异,所得结果完全一致。结论用微菌落法评价两种化学消毒剂杀菌效果,结果与常规计数法一致,说明在化学消毒剂杀菌效果评价中可以采用比较快速的微菌落法进行活菌计数。Objective To study application of microcolony method to evaluation of germicidal efficacy of chemical disinfectants and to establish new technique for evaluating disinfection efficacy of disinfectants. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and method of counting under microscopic observation were used to carry out germicidal efficacy evaluation with iodophor and phenol - containing disinfectant as the study object. Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to Dettol disinfection solution containing parachlorometaxylenol 2400 mg/L for 15 min and 22.5 min respectively was 〉 5.00 and that of Candida albicans in suspension exposed to povidone iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 1050 mg/L for 1 rain was 〉 4.00. Analysis of the results obtained with conventional counting method and microcolony method showed complete conformation between the data obtained with the 2 methods with no significant difference. Conclusion The results of evaluating the germicidal efficacy of 2 chemical disinfectants by microcolony method conformed to that by conventional counting method, indicating that the relatively quick microcolony method can be used to count live bacteria for evaluating the germicidal efficacy of chemical disinfectants.
