一种聚维酮碘消毒液对微生物杀灭效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的了解一种聚维酮碘消毒液杀灭不同微生物效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行实验室观察。结果以含有效碘100 mg/L该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,对铜绿假单胞菌作用7 min,杀灭对数值均>7.00;以50 mg/L有效碘对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值>6.00。以含有效碘500 mg/L该消毒液对脊髓灰质炎病毒作用60 min,灭活对数值>4.00。以含有效碘4640 mg/L该消毒液对大肠杆菌F2噬菌体作用4 h,杀灭对数值为3.11。结论碘伏消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭作用;对脊髓灰质炎病毒和大肠杆菌F2噬菌体灭活效果明显不如对细菌杀灭效果好。Objective To know the efficacy of a povidone iodine disinfection solution in killing different microorganisms. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfection solution containing available iodine 100 mg/L for 5 min and Pseudomonus aeruginosa exposed for 7 rain were 〉 7.00. The killing logarithm value of Candicla albicans exposed to the disinfection solution containing available iodine 50 mg/L for 1 min was 〉 6. 00, that of poliovirus exposed to the disinfection solution containing available iodine 500 mg/L for 60 min was 〉4.00 and that ofE. coliphage F2 exposed to the disinfection solution containing available iodine 4640 mg/L for 4 h was 3.11. Conclusion The iodophor disinfection solution has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi, but its efficacy in inactivating poliovirus and F2 coliphage is significantly not as good as in killing bacteria.
