摘　　要：目的:介绍环氧酶-2抑制剂药物的临床应用进展,以期为临床医师、药师提供参考。方法:查阅国内、外近年来相关文献,对环氧酶-2抑制剂进行分析、评价。结果及结论:近年来对环氧酶-2抑制剂药物的研究比较广泛,使得COX的作用机制逐渐被了解,除了具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等作用外,在肿瘤治疗领域也有了新的进展。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the progress in the clinical application of epoxidase - 2 inhibitors for references of clinician and pharmacists. METHODS： The related literatures both home and abroad were reviewed and an analysis and evaluation was conducted on epoxidase - 2 inhibitors. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ： Recently, there is a widespread study on epoxidase - 2 inhibitors, which facilitates people＇ s understanding about the mechanism of COX. Epoxidase - 2 inhibitors exhibit fever relieving, pain relieving and anti - inflammatory effects, meanwhile, which had a progress in the treatment of tumor.
