摘　　要：1月16日，国家税务总局下发的一纸通知给了前期在股市中牛气冲天的房地产板块当头一棒，17日的房地产股市场整体下跌9．78％。On January 16th, an announcement from State Administration of Taxation established which makes the real-estate stocks in the bull market drops 9.78% on the coining day. This Announcement about the Settlement of Land Value Increment Tax on Real-estate Enterprises sets: the whole country will settle the real-estate enterprises from February 2nd and, impose land value increment tax varies from 30% to 60% formally, which includes 3 situations: the complete real-estate project which has been soldi transfer incomplete project of the whole real-estate, directly transfer the land-use right.Person close to this announcement told Shanghai Capital that the settlement is the adjustment and control of the real-estate market via the function of marketplace by government, and the main focus of this measure is to standardize and adjust the land value.
