摘 要:文章选用不同结构的反应性阳离子助剂对水溶性丝素蛋白助剂进行阳离子化改性,使丝素蛋白大分子带上正电荷,制备出阳离子化改性丝素整理剂(简称丝改剂);再用适宜的交联剂将丝改剂整理到羊毛纤维上。同时探讨了丝改剂制备工艺条件对改性羊毛纤维染色性能的影响,优化出丝改剂制备的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,经丝改剂整理的羊毛纤维不仅染色性能得到改善,而且羊毛织物的防缩和抗折皱性能也得以改善,可获得羊毛织物的多功能整理效果。Fibroin-besed agent was modified with reactive cationized auxiliaries of different structures. The positive charges were introduced on the macromolecule of fibroin. Then wool fiber was finished by the fibroin-based cationized modified agent. The effect of modification of the flbroin-based agent on the dyeing ability was explored. The preparation technology conditions of the fibroin-based modified agent were determined. The results showed that the dyeing ability of the finished wool fiber dyed with reactive dyes was increased highly and the shrink resistance and crease resistance of the finished woolen fabric were improved.
