摘 要:针对多部件系统固定维修费用高的特点,提出采用机会维修策略,将预防性维修和故障维修有机结合起来,从而分摊系统的固定维修费用,实现节约维修费用的目的.分析了系统的故障率特性,确定了系统中各部件最小维修、故障更换、机会更换、预防性更换的概率.在此基础上,以最小化维修成本为目标建立了优化模型.最后通过算例,将优化结果与原有的维修策略的结果进行了比较,说明了模型的合理性.Because of the high fixed maintenance cost of multi-unit system, Opportunistic maintenance policy is adopted to combine preventive maintenance with corrective maintenance. The fixed maintenance cost can be shared when several components are maintained simultaneously. So the characteristics of the units' failure rate are analyzed to obtain the probabilities of the minimal maintenance and probabilities of replacement due to failure, opportunistic and preventive. Further, the preventive maintenance optimization model is provided to minimize the system maintenance cost rate. Finally, an existing example is analyzed in detail for the method mentioned above and the result shows that the model is more effective than old models.
