外资对东道国产业结构演进的作用

摘　　要：外资对东道国产业结构演进作用主要是通过外资的资源配置效应、技术转移效应、产业带动效应来实现的,但外资的产业结构演进效应的发挥还要受到外商直接投资项目的技术扩散程度、跨国公司对直接投资项目的控制程度、东道国的吸收能力和政府的产业政策与管理的影响。Foreign investment＇s main role in the evolution of the industrial structures of host country achieves though the effect of resource allocation, technology transfer, and industry leading effect. But the effect of the evolution of the industrial structure of foreign investment also influenced by the proliferation of foreign direct investment project in the technical level and multi-national corporation control of the direct investment projects, the absorptive capacity of the host country and impact of the government＇s industrial policy and management.
