摘　　要：伤寒对世界上许多地区的人类健康构成了严重威胁,尤其是近年来多重耐药菌株的出现,使伤寒的抗生素治疗日益复杂,因此接种伤寒疫苗仍是控制该病的主要手段。研究证明,伤寒Vi多糖疫苗安全有效,并能与其它疫苗一起对前往疫区的旅游者进行联合免疫。Typhoid fever constitutes an important health threat in many parts of the world. In recent years,the emergence of Salmonella typhi strains multiply resistant to antibiotics has complicated the treatment. Vaccination against typhoid fever remains an essential tool for the management of the disease. Vi polysaccharide vaccine has proved to be safe and effective, and can be combined with other vaccines among travelers to endemic regions.
