摘  要:对山东省各运动队及体育学校的运动员文化教育情况进行了全面调查,认为:目前运动员文化教育的教学质量偏低;对运动员文化教育工作效果定期评估或评价机制不完善;合理设置课程和安排教学时间,可以缓解“学训”矛盾。研究指出,运动员的九年义务教育是提高运动员文化素质的关键。在充分研究和分析大量全国各省市优秀运动队文化教育工作资料的基础上,结合山东省实际情况和适应社会的发展,对山东省新时期运动员文化教育提出了改革设想与意见,为山东省新时期运动员文化教育工作提供依据。This paper made a comprehensive investigation of the academic education of the sports teams and sports schools in Shandong province. It was revealed that the current academic education quality was generally poor; the regular assessment and the assessment system of academic education effects were not sound; the appropriate curriculum arrangement could relieve the conflicts between the study and the training. The research showed that the nineyear compulsory education was the key to the improvement of academic learning of the athletes. On the basis of analyzing the academic education of the excellent sports teams in China and the current situation of Shandong province,the paper proposes suggestions of the academic education reform.
