摘　　要：通过对世界优秀女子400m自由泳运动员比赛成绩的统计,从分段成绩及分段百分率的角度分析了世界优秀选手的速度分配特征,建立了优秀女子400m自由泳比赛速度分配表。然后通过对比指出了较低级别选手存在的不足,并提出了相应的改进建议。Through the statistics of the achievements of the excellent international 400m free style swimmers in the matches and from the perspectives of split achievements and percentages, the paper analyses the speed distribution features of the world excellent swimmers and points out the defects of the swimmers at lower level and proposes improvement strategies.
