摘  要:研究了在变温条件下不同平均温度对椰甲截脉姬小蜂的寄生率、羽化率、雌性百分率、发育历期、每寄主育出蜂数和r_m值的影响。结果表明:在平均温度30℃下该蜂已不能完成世代,在平均温度18~28℃范围内,温度越高越有利于该蜂的寄生,但平均温度28℃时的羽化率最低。温度对每寄主育出蜂数和雌蜂百分率影响不显著。椰甲截脉姬小蜂的发育历期随温度升高而缩短,在18℃下发育历期最长,28℃下发育历期最短,分别为37.5天和18.3天;世代发育起点和有效积温分别为8.53℃和350.33日度。用r_m值作为综合评价指标,在18~28℃温度范围内随着平均温度的升高r_m值随之上升。Parasitoid ratio, rate of adult emergence, the percentage of female progeny, development time, the number of resultant wasp per host, value of rm, temperature threshold and effective temperature of Asecodes hispinarum were studied at the average temperature from 18℃ to 30℃. The result showed that A. hispinarum could not complete its development at the average temperature of 30℃. The parasitoid ratio of Brontispa longissima was increased with increases of the average temperature from 18℃to 28℃, but the rate of adult emergence was lowest at the average temperature of 28℃. The number of resultant wasp per host and the percentage of female progeny had no significantly different among the treatments. The developmental ime from egg to adult decreased significantly with the increase of temperature, which ranged from 18.3 d at 28℃ to 37.5 d at 18℃. The temperature threshold of the whole generation was 8.53℃, and the effective temperature was 350.33 degree-days. Using the value of r. as the integrativeindex, we can conclude that it' s favorable to the development of A. hispinarum at the average temperature of 28℃. The value of r. was increased with increases of the average temperature from 18℃ to 28℃.
