摘 要:首先分析了用钻井液钻井时钻井液与地层的相互作用,并以多孔介质传导、吸附与扩散(水分子和水化离子)、双电层电场与电斥力为基础,建立起钻井液滤液在井周地层中的渗透运移规律和水化应力与地层强度随时间变化的规律,对地层应力应变状态受钻井液的影响进行定量化分析。并将用于校正后由测井资料得到的围岩强度性质及应力状态,从而得到气体钻井条件下井周地层的强度性质及应力状态。最后选择适当的强度准则,形成气体钻井井壁稳定性分析模型系统。以七里北1井的测井资料为基础,运用该模型系统分析了七北101井气体钻井井段的井壁稳定性,其结果与该井钻井实际情况一致,表明该模型系统是准确、可靠的。This paper firstly analyzed the interaction between the drilling fluid and the formation.Then based on theories of conductance in porous medium,absorption and dispersion of water molecule and hydration ions,double-layer electric field and electric repulsion,the rule governing the mud filtrate seepage and migration in surrounding formations and the variation rule of hydration stress and rock when time goes on are concluded.And then quantitative analysis is made on the effects of drilling fluid made on formation stresses and strains.These results will be used to adjust the strengths and stresses of wall rocks which are calculated from logging data,so the strengths and stresses of wall rocks during gas drilling can be obtained.Then by selecting appropriate strength criteria,the borehole stability analysis model for gas drilling can be set up.In this paper,the logging data of Well Qilibei 101 is taken as an example to demonstrate how to use this model to analyze the borehole stability of this well.The result is consistent with the actual conditions,which proves this model is accurate and reliable
