忠县天然气净化厂运行情况分析

摘　　要：忠县天然气净化厂设计生产能力为处理原料天然气600×10^4m^3／d，主要处理川东大池干气田的原料气，并经忠武管线输往湖北、湖南地区。为提高向忠武管线平稳供气的可靠性，工艺装置设计为并列的两套设置，单套处理量为300×10^4m^2／d，操作弹性为50％～100％。辅助生产设施及公用工程为两列工艺装置共用。该厂于2004年3月开工建设，2005年5月建成投产。针对一年来生产运行情况，总结了该厂工艺装置和辅助生产设施以及公用工程的工艺特点，指出生产中遇到的问题并提出了相应的改进措施。The designed production capacity of Zhongxian Purification Factory is to process 6 million m3 of source gas per day.The source gas,coming from Dachigan Gasfield,will be pipelined through Zhongwu Pipeline to Hubei and Hunan provinces.To improve the reliability of supplying gas stably to Zhongwu Pipeline,two paratactic sets of devices are designed,each of which has the handling ability of 3 million m3 natural gas per day with operation flexibility of 50%-100%.The accessorial devices and public engineering will be used mutually by these two sets of devices.This factory,starting to be constructed in March of 2004,was completed and put into production in May of 2005.Through one-year operation of this factory,this paper sums up some technical features on the main and accessorial devices and the public engineering.It also points out many problems occurred during the factory's operation and puts forward some innovative suggestions.
