摘  要:分支井可显著提高油田开发效益,增加油气井产能,减少环境污染。分支井钻井的关键技术是如何实现两井连通,并保证分支连接处的力学完整性、水力完整性和再进入能力。高29支平1分支水平井采用“无预留孔”技术,即采用常规完井方法固井后,按设计的开孔位置,在特制限位器的作用下进行开孔,把主井眼与分支井眼连通。同时利用限位器实现分支井的再进入。该井是冀东油田完成的第1口分支水平井,也是国内首次自行设计、施工的第1口分支水平井。该井于2005年3月4日投产,2分支合采,日产油123.3t。实践证明,无预留孔技术具有工具简单、施工方便、安全可靠、成本低廉等优点。Drilling branch well can greatly improve oilfield development benefits, increase oil and gas wells productivity, and reduce damage to the environment. The key technology to drill branch wells is how to connect two well holes and make sure the mechanics integrality, waterpower integrality, and reentering ability in the joint of embranchment.‘None beforehand hole’ technology is applied in Gao29-ping1 branch horizontal well. After cementing with ordinary completion methods, it is available to drill a hole as designed and then connect the main well hole and the branch well hole together based on using the special restrictive instrument. Meanwhile, the special restrictive instrument is used to realize the reentrance of the branch well. This is the first branch horizontal well completed by CNPC Jidong Oilfield as well as the first branch horizontal well designed and constructed by our country. It was put into operation on March 4, 2005 with its daily output of 123.3 tons and its two branches being produced together. It is shown that the ‘none beforehand hole’ technology has the advantages of simple instrument, convenient construction, reliable operation, and lower cost.
