摘 要:针对吉林油田双坨子地区上部地层低压易漏、气层多、分布井段长、气水层间互易造成固井漏失和层间互窜的技术难题,进行了气井固井对策分析。根据防气窜水泥浆体系应满足的条件,对防窜水泥浆外加剂进行了选择,筛选出了具有良好防窜性能的G302水泥浆体系,对防窜水泥浆体系性能进行了评价,形成了以采用G302防窜水泥浆为主,配合采用双凝水泥和“三压稳”为辅的综合防窜技术,提出了以JSS-1冲洗液配合NCH-2隔离液为主的适合低压易漏条件下提高顶替效率的技术措施。2005年在双坨子地区应用该技术进行了4口井现场施工,固井质量全部优质,解决了该地区多层系、长封固段条件下气井固井难题,形成了一套指导该地区气井固井的综合配套技术,并为解决类似的气井固井问题探索出了一条有效的技术途径。Slurry loss and gas channeling between the formations often occur during cementing owing to the low pressure and easy lost circulation, imparity pressure gradient, long gas reservoir distribution interval, alternating with gas and water layers exist in the top formations in Shuangtuozi region of Jilin Oilfield. In this paper, solving methods to gas well cementing are presented, anti-channeling cement additives are selected based on analyzing the necessary conditions for the anti-channeling cement slurry system, and a new G302 cement slurry system is developed. What's more, a comprehensive anti-channeling technology is developed based on employing G302 anti-channeling cement slurry and separably setting cement slurry. Technical measures such as JSS-1 drilling fluid and NCH-2 spacer fluid are proposed to improve displacement efficiency suitable for low-pressure and easy lost circulation conditions. This technology has been applied in Shuangtuozi region for four well-times in 2005 and good cementing results have been achieved. For that, the problem of long production interval cementing in multiple series of strata of this region has been solved and a set of comprehensive systematic technologies have been developed to guide the gas well cementing in this region, providing an effective solution to similar gas well cementing problems.
