摘　　要：青岛奥帆工程是2008年奥运会帆船比赛的基础设施,风险控制和管理对奥帆工程建设具有重要作用。笔者分析了奥帆工程的特殊风险,引入工程保险的必要性,提出了奥帆工程保险的运作模式和实施方案。Qingdao Olympic Sailingboat Game construction engineering is the foundation facilities for the Games in 2008, so the risk control has the important function for eonstruetion of Qingdao Olympic Sailingboat Game engineering. This paper analyses the special risk of Qingdao Olympic Sailingboat Game engineering. The necessity of the engineering insurance is introduced, and the operation modes and steps are also put forward.
