高效液相色谱法测定骨友灵搽剂中二苯乙烯苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定骨友灵搽剂中含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱，乙腈-水（5：20）为流动相；检测波长320nm。结果二苯乙烯苷线性范围为0．0224—0．6721μg（r=0．9999），平均回收率98．9％，RSD：1．60％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于骨友灵搽剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of 2,3,5,4＇tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Guyouling liniment. METHODS Kromasil C18 column was used. The acetonitribl ：water（5： 20） was used as the moble phase. The detection wavelength was set as 320nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.0224 - 0. 672μg （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.9% with RSD of 1.60%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Guyouling liniment.
