摘 要:空气源热泵冷热水机组处于部分负荷状态运行的时间长,效率低。常规的空气/水热泵机组采用台数调节的方法,使得部分制冷设备无法得到充分利用。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种采用多台压缩机和多个室外换热器并联的改进流程,通过改变投入运行的压缩机和室外换热器组合数,来实现系统的能量调节;并在混合式热泵系统的空气/水热泵机组中分别采用这两种流程,通过实验研究了其在不同运行模式下部分负荷时的运行参数和性能。实验结果表明:在单级和双级耦合两种运行模式下,相对于传统流程而言,采用改进流程的空气/水热泵机组部分负荷运行时,由于室外换热器面积的增加,不仅使得机组的运行工况得到一定改善,而且其性能有了较大提高,其制热量和制热能效比(EER)最大增幅可分别达41.1%和43.3%。It's a long time for air-source heat pump chiller/heater to run on part load and low efficiency, and conventional air-source heat pump chiller/heater adjusts its energy by changing operating units, which leading to the waste of part refrigeration components. For solving this problem, a new kind of improved refrigeration flow is pointed out, which is made of several parallel compressors and outdoor heat exchangers. Through changing the number of operating compressors and outdoor heat exchangers, the unit's energy-adjust can be well realized. Furthermore, the first stage of Mixed Heat Pump System (MHPS)-air-source heat pump chiller/heater sample adopted these two kinds of refrigeration flows separately, and the sample's main operating characteristics and performances in two different operation modes were studied by experiments under part load. When running in the Single-Stage (SS) mode or the Double-Stage (DS) mode, the experimental results indicates: compared with the conventional refrigeration flow, the operating characteristics of improved refrigeration flow can be improved in a certain extent, and performances will be sharply enhanced, for example: the heat output and Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of the sample can be most enhanced by 41.1% and 43.3%, respectively.
