摘 要:目的:建立泻痢停片中TM P和SM Z的含量测定方法。方法:通过正交投影算法消除混合物光谱中干扰组分的光谱,直接测定泻痢停片中的TM P和SM Z的含量。结果:TM P和SM Z的平均回收率分别为99.91%和99.63%,RSD分别为0.14%和0.61%,样品测定结果与标准方法比较,经t检验(n=6,P>0.05)表明二者无显著性差异。结论:正交投影分光光度法测定泻痢停片中TM P和SM Z的含量,简便、准确、实用。Objective: To develop a method to determine the contents of SMZ and TMP in Xieliting tablets. Method:By using orthogonal projection spectrophotometry, the interference component spectrum was removed from the spectrum of mixture and the contents of SMZ and TMP were directly determined. Results: The average recovery of SMZ and TMP were 99. 9% and 99. 6%,respectively, with RSD of 0.14% and 0.61%. Conclusion:This is a better quantitative method to determine the contents of SMZ and TMP in Xieliting tablets,and the method is simple, accurate and practical.
