摘　　要：随着大庆市经济的增长和人们生活水平的提高,市民更加关注经济增长对环境会产生怎样的影响。基于环境库兹涅茨曲线的基本原理,利用计量经济学模型分析了该市的人均生活垃圾量、工业烟尘排放量和人均GDP的关系,得出大庆市经济增长与环境污染水平基本符合倒“U”曲线关系的结论,并为大庆市经济增长与环境的协调发展提出相应的建议。With the growth of economy and the improvement of living standard,city residents are paying more attention to what effects may emerge about the economic growth and environment. On the basis of the principle of Environmental Kuznets＇ Curve,the relationship among per capita living refuse, industry smoke dust and per capita GDP has been analyzed by means of the econometrics model. Then the conclusion of inversion ＂U＂ curve concerning suggestions are economy growth and enviromnent development has been achieved and some reasonable forward in order to promote coordinate development between economy and environment.
