复方白头翁散对鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效

摘　　要：通过制取抗原,接种,给药,研究了复方白头翁散对鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效。结果表明:高、中剂量白头翁散疗效较好,其治愈率分别为94%、87%,显效率、死亡率分别为95%、5%,且两者在0.05水平上无差异。Chicken E.coli disease caused by pathogenic E.coli is a general name of the poultry disease. It is often secondary to some infection caused by other causative factors and it also causes disease together with other pathogenic factors. Chicken E.coli disease had complex and changeable pathological manifestations which concealed the real cause. It had characteristics of high disease frequency, easily repeat, using drug arbitrarily, many stereotypes of pathogen, complex structure of antigen and highly drug resistance. All these made the disease became one of the major confinement factors in poultry husbandry development. Once the drug-resistant E.coli disease broke out, it was very difficult to exterminate by antibiotics and would cause huge economic losses. However, tradition Chinese herbal medicine had good effect on this disease. After making antigen, vaccinating, and observing their effectiveness, it was confirmed that the cure rate of high dose and medium dose of compound pulstatilla chinensis powder were 94 % and 87 % respectively. Tangible result rate was 95 %, and mortality rate was 5 %. There was significant difference between them. Except for acute E.coli disease, medium dose was commonly used for the concern of economy. High dose was used for the fist time to cure acute E.coli disease, and then, medium dose preserved curative effect.
