基于农户调查的退耕还林可持续发展对策研究

摘　　要：选取雨城区4个乡镇作为调查研究对象,就农户对退耕还林的认可、管护、期望及退耕还林对农户经济收入的影响等进行了调查分析。结果表明:退耕还林目前存在的问题主要表现在政策宣传不足,退耕后缺乏管护和技术支持及农户增收缓慢等问题;在此基础上,提出相应的建议。In this paper, four villages and townships in Yucheng district were selected. The perception, management and expectation of peasant household of returning cultivated land to forests as well as its economic effect on peasant household were investigated. The results showed that the currently main problems of returning cultivated land to forests lied in the following aspects： the policy was not enough publicized; the management and technical guidance were not enough; and the increase of income was too slow. Furthermore, suggestions were put forward, which were of great importance for the sustainable development of returning cultivated land to forests.
