摘  要:目的:检测E2F1基因在病理性瘢痕组织中的表达,以正常皮肤和正常瘢痕组织作对照,初步探讨E2F1在病理性瘢痕形成中的生物学作用。方法:应用RT-PCR方法检测正常皮肤,正常瘢痕,增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中E2F1 mRNA的水平。结果:增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩组织中E2F1 mRNA水平显著高于正常皮肤、正常瘢痕组织,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:E2F1基因在病理性瘢痕组织中增高,促进瘢痕组织中修复效应细胞的增生,对病理性瘢痕的形成可能起着重要作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the expression of E2F1 gene and the role development of pathological scar compared with normal skin and normal scar tissues, and to elucidate the biological effects of E2F1 in tumorigenic process. Methods E2F1 mRNA of normal skin, normal scar, hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues were detected with RT-PCR. Results The expression levels of E2F1 mRNA in hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues were much higher than those of normal skin and normal scar. Conclusion It is indicated that the expression of E2F1 is increased in the hypertrophic scar and keloid. E2F1 overexpression may play an important role in the proleferation of fibroblasts and in the development of pathological scar.
