摘 要:目的:探讨瑞芬太尼对氯化钾(KCl)诱导的兔离体气道高反应性平滑肌张力的影响。方法:分次制作18条免离体气管平滑肌条,随机分为3组,每组6条,即KCl(K+)组;KCl加瑞芬太尼4μg/L(K++RF4)组;KCl加瑞芬太尼40μg/L(K++RF40)组。平滑肌条固定在含20 ml krebs-Henseleit(K-H)液的恒温浴槽中平衡60 min,张力基本稳定时,分别在K+组、K++RF4组、K++RF40组加入KCl(K-H液内浓度为7.27 mmol/L),待张力增高达平台后(初始值)在K++RF4组、K++RF40组中加入不同浓度的瑞芬太尼,K+组加入等容K-H液,观察并记录各组加瑞芬太尼后5、10、20 min时的张力值(mg)及变化幅度(%)。结果:瑞芬太尼对KCl诱导的兔离体气道高反应性平滑肌张力值及变化幅度组内各时点与基础值比较及组间同一时点比较,差异均无显著性。结论:瑞芬太尼对KCl诱导的兔离体气道高反应性平滑肌张力没有影响。Objective: To study the effect of remifentanil on the tension of the isolated rabbit airway hyperresponsive smooth muscle induced by KCl. Methods: The isolated rabbit tracheal smooth muscle strips (IRTSMS) were randomly divided into three groups: groups of K^+ , K^+ + RF4 and K^+ + RF40. The strips were suspended in a bath tube filled with 20 ml of Krebs-Henseleit (K-H) solution, and balanced in thermostatic both for 60 minutes. Potassium chloride (KCl) was added into the three groups until the final concentration in K-H solution be 7.27 mmol/L. When the peak platform of the strips tension reached, remifentanil was added into groups K^+ + RF4 and K^+ + RF40 making the final concentrations 4 μg/L and 40 μg/L in bath respectively, while K-H solution was added into group K^+ instead. The strip tension was recorded in 5, 10, and 20 min after that. The amplitude and alter data were analyzed by computer. Results: No significant difference was found in tension and amplitude at different time points among groups. No significant dose-dependent effect of remifentanil on those indexes was observed. Condusions: Remifentanil has not significant dose-dependent effect on the tension of the isolated rabbit airway hyperresponsive smooth muscle induced by KCl.
