摘 要:目的研究枇杷叶的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法色谱条件:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6×200 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为208 nm,柱温为25℃,流速为0.6 ml/min,使用“计算机辅助相似度评价软件”进行数据处理,对不同批药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果在本实验条件下测定10批枇杷叶药材,在色谱图中得到10个相应位置稳定的共有指纹峰。结论该方法准确、重复性好,为枇杷叶的质量控制提供了理论依据。Objective To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for the quality control of Eriobotrya japonica ( Thunb. ) Lindl. Methods The chromatographic conditions of RP-HPLC were : Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm ×200mm,5μm) column, Methanol- 0.1% acetic acid( linear gradient elution), the detection wavelength at 208nm, temperature at 25℃ and flow rate being 0.6 ml/ min, and data were analysed by "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software to compare the quality of Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl samples of different batches. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Eriobotryajaponica (Thunb.) Lindl, showing 10 characteristic peaks, was established from 10 batches of Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl and samples of different batches were of high similarity. Conclusion This method is accurate, repeatable and provides a scientific basis for the quality control of Eriobotrya japonica ( Thunb. ) Lindl.
