分光光度法测定毛老虎茎中三萜酸的总含量

摘　　要：目的建立香草醛-冰醋酸体系分光光度法测定毛老虎中总三萜酸的方法。方法利用在高氯酸的条件下香草醛-冰醋酸与三萜酸的反应测定总三萜酸。结果总三萜酸在2．53～13．14μg／ml呈良好的线，陛关系，测定样品回收率为99.07％，结论该法简便、快速、灵敏。Objective To develop the determination method of total triterpenoids in vanillin-glacial acetic acid system by spectrophotometry. Methods Vanillin was used as colour developing reagent in the presence of perchloric acid. Results The calibration curve of total triterpenoids had good linear relationship in the range of 2.53 - 13, 14 μg/ml. The average recovery, was 99.07%. Conclusion The method is simple , easy and reproducible .
