清金方饮片汤剂与其免煎配方颗粒的指纹图谱比较

摘　　要：目的研究清金方传统合煎液与其经过分煎制成的免煎配方颗粒混合物的化学成分的差异。方法采用HPLC色谱指纹图谱法,比较清金方免煎配方颗粒和清金方汤剂两者指纹图谱的差别,并通过相似度软件分析两者的相似性。结果清金方配方颗粒中共检出15个色谱峰,清金方合煎液和混合免煎配方颗粒指纹图谱的相关系数为0.873。结论清金方合煎液同其分煎制成的免煎配方颗粒中的主要化学成分组成基本相同,其共有成分比例相近。Objective To study the difference in main chemical composition between traditional herbal decoction and compatible granules of Qingjinfang. Methods Comparative study on fingerprints of traditional herbs decoction and compatible granules of Qingjinfang was conducted by HPLC, and Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation was applied to analyze similarity. Results There were 15 peaks in the fingerprints of compatible granules of Qingjinfang and the correlation of both HPLC fingerprints was 0.873. Conclusion The main chemical substances and the composition ratio of traditional herbs decoction and compatible granules of Qingjinfang are similar.
