愈伤灵胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的HPLC-ELSD法测定

摘　　要：目的建立愈伤灵胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC—ELSD法，色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱；蒸发光散射（ELSD）参数：漂移管温度为110℃，气体流量为3．02～3．05SLPM。结果人参皂苷Rg1在2．272～11．360μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9991；人参皂苷Rb1在2．232～11．160μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9994；两者的平均回收率分别为96．6％，98．6％；RSD分别为1．7％，2．3％。结论该法简便、准确、可靠，可用于愈伤灵胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC - ELSD method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Yushangling capsule. Methods The separation was performed in a Hypersil ODS2 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - water in gradient elution, ELSD nebulization at 110℃ and flow rate of nitrogen at 3.02 -3.05 SLPM. Results The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 2.272 - 11. 360 μg, r = 0. 999 1. The linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 2. 232 - 11. 160 μg, r = 0.999 4. The average recoveries of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were 96.6 % , 98.6 % respectively, and RSD were 1.7 % , 2.3%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Yushangling capsule.
