摘  要:目的建立补肾益气颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法Diamonsil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55:45),流速0.85ml/min,检测波长245nm。结果补骨脂素的线性范围为0.08~0.8μg,r=0.99998(n=6),平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD为2.27%;异补骨脂素的线性范围为0.0796—0.796μg,r=0.99998(n=6),平均加样回收率为100.25%,RSD为2.82%。结论该法简便,准确,重现性好,可使补骨脂素和异补骨脂素达到基线分离。可以控制补肾益气颗粒的质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Bushenyiqi granules. Methods The Diamonsil C18 (200 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water( 55:45 ). The flow rate was 0.85 ml · min^-1. The UV detective wavelength was 245 nm. Results The linear range of psoralen was 0.08 - 0.8 μg, r = 0.999 98 ( n = 6 ) with an average recovery rate of 99.69% ( RSD = 2.27% ) , the liner range of isopsoralen was 0.079 6 - 0. 796μg,r =0. 999 98 (n = 6) with an average recovery rate of 100.25% (RSD = 2.82% ). Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of Bushenyiqi granules with such advantages as simple,reliable and good reproducibility.
