摘  要:目的建立二阶导数光谱法测定银黄清口服液中总绿原酸含量的方法。方法用二阶导数光谱法直接测定银黄清口服液中总绿原酸含量,于357.9am波长处测定振幅D值。结果绿原酸在4.67—23.35μg·ml^-1。范围呈良好线性关系;其回归方程D=0.7495×10^-4 C-0.1×10^-4(r=0.9972);平均回收率97.88%,RSD=2.43%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简单、准确,可用于测定银黄清口服液中总绿原酸含量。Objective To determine the content of total chlorogenic acid in Yinhuangqing oral liquid. Methods Second order derivative spectrophotometry was used. The peak amplitude was determined when the wavelength was at 357.9 nm. Results The chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship within a range of 4.67 - 23.35 μg·ml^-1 , the regression equation was D = 0.749 5 ×10^-4 C-0.1×10^-4 ( r = 0.9972 ) ; the average recovery was 102.23% and RSD was 2.7% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for determination of total chlorogenic acid in Yinhuangqing Oral Liquid.
