白英提取物的免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白英提取物的免疫调节作用。方法实验设3个浓度的药物组和空白对照组,对其进行正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应、NK细胞活性测定、抗体生成细胞的检测、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、碳廓清实验等实验。结果各项免疫学活性测定表明白英提取物能有效地增加正常小鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化率,增强小鼠迟发型变态反应、NK细胞活性、抗体形成细胞活性、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞百分率,且随提取物溶液浓度增高而增强。结论白英提取物具有一定的免疫调节作用。Objective To investigate the immunoregulation effect of Solanum lyratum Thunb. extract. Methods Three concentrations of Solanum lyratum Thunb. extract and a control group were divided. The Immune function of Solanum lyratum Thunb. extract was studied on normal mice through the following indices：splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency, delayed type allergy, NK activity, antibody-forming cells （Arc） activity, rate of carbon clearance, and rate of peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cell（CRBC）. Results It was found that Solanum lyratum Thunb. extract increased splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency, enhanced delayed type allergy, NK activity, AFC activity, the rate of carbon clearance, and the rate of peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing CRBC. Conclusion Solanum lyratum Thunb. extract possesses a potential effect of immune regulation.
