化湿泄浊汤对不稳定心绞痛患者高敏C反应蛋白影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)来探讨化湿泄浊汤治疗不稳定心绞痛的作用机理。方法采用化湿泄浊汤治疗不稳定心绞痛,疗程为12周,分别于治疗前后检测Hs-CRP一次。结果化湿泄浊汤能显著降低不稳定心绞痛Hs-CRP的水平(P<0.05)。结论化湿泄浊汤通过降低Hs-CRP水平来稳定冠状动脉粥样硬化易损斑块。Objective To study the mechanism of Huashixiezhuo（ abbreviating HSXZ） Decoction in treating unstable angina peetoris through Hs-CRP. Methods HSXZ Decoction was administered to the patients with unstable angina pectoris for 12 weeks. Hs-CRP was detected before and after the administration. Results HSXZ Decoction could obviously lower the level of Hs-CRP in the patients with unstable angina pectoffs （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ConcIusion HSXZ Decoction can stabilize atherosclerosis vulnerable plague by lowering the level of Hs-CRP.
