摘　　要：目的制定小儿肺炎合剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC对小儿肺炎合剂中麻黄、黄芩进行定性鉴别,利用薄层扫描色谱法对制剂中的盐酸麻黄素进行含量测定。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出麻黄、黄芩,含量限度盐酸麻黄素不少于0.150 mg/ml。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重复性好,结果稳定,准确,可作为控制小儿肺炎合剂质量的方法。Objective To establish quality standards for Xiaoer Feiyan Syrup. Methods TLC was used for the qualitative identification for Ephedra,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,while HPLC was used to determine the content of Ephedrine hydrochloride. Results In TLC,Ephedra,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi could be checked out,and Ephedrine hydroehloride was more than 0. 150 mg/ml. Conclusion The method is simple ,reproducible, stable and accurate, and it can be used for the quality standards of Xiaoer Feiyan Syrup.
