摘　　要：目的筛选出利用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)提取中药姜黄中姜黄素的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交实验对提取溶剂乙醇的浓度、提取时间、SDS的浓度等条件进行优化。结果与传统乙醇回流提取方法比较,乙醇浓度由80%降低至65%,提取时间由2 h缩短至0.75 h。结论提取姜黄中姜黄素时,加入0.3%SDS,乙醇浓度为65%,两次回流提取时间为0.75h为最佳工艺条件。Objective The best condition for extracting curcumin with sodium dodecy sulfate has been selected. Methods The concentration of alcohol ,SDS,extraction time has been optimized. Results The concentration of alcohol was lower and extracting time was shorter than the traditional method. Conclusion Adding 0.3% SDS,65% alcohol and extracting two times for 0.75h are the best technology for extracting curcumin.
