几种金银花的高效液相色谱法鉴别与系统聚类分析

摘　　要：目的鉴别17种金银花的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对样品进行分析,获得反映样品整体化学特征的数据,利用聚类分析进行分类。结果在选定的色谱条件下,建立了稳定可控的药材高效液相色谱图,系统聚类法可将样品有效地分类。结论该方法鉴别金银花是可行的,能为其质量评价提供有用的信息。Objective To identify 17 species of Flos Lonicerae. Methods The chemical variables as a whole were obtained by HPLC ; the classification was carried out by using the hierarchical clustering analysis, Results Using above optimum chromatography conditions ,the HPLC chromatographies of Flos Lonicerae were established; the 17 samples were categorized efficiently, Conclusion This method is useful in the species identification of Flos Lonicerae, and it can elementary distinguish the quality of them.
