摘  要:目的观察慢性应激抑郁复合皮肤创伤对大鼠行为及体重的影响,探讨建立躯体损伤复合心理应激动物模型的可行性和有效性。方法SD大鼠38只,随机分为对照组(正常对照组、单纯创伤组)和模型组(创伤复合抑郁组、抑郁复合创伤组),将9种不同的应激刺激随机作用于模型组动物18天后,采用旷场实验观察大鼠的情绪及行为变化,并比较实验前和建模后大鼠体重的变化情况。结果(1)模型组大鼠与对照组相比,水平运动得分、垂直运动得分、总得分均显著降低,旷场实验箱中央格停留时间明显延长(P<0.01,P<0.05),大小便次数减少(P<0.05),修饰次数和修饰时间各组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)模型组大鼠在18天的慢性刺激过程中,体重增长缓慢,有的甚至不升反降,与对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论该模型是较稳定的皮肤创伤复合心理应激动物模型。Objective To observe the effects of chronic stress-induced depression combined with skin injury on the behaviour and body weights of rats, and to investigate the feasibility and availability of establishing an animal model of traumatic injury combined with mental stress. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly allocated to 4 groups as follows : the control, single wound, wound plus depression, depression plus wound. Nine different stimulus were played to the rats for 18 days, then the changes of rats' mood,behaviour and body weights were observed in the condition of open field test. Results (1) Most indexes of the open field test in the model groups changed significantly as compared with that of the control group : crossing score, rearing score and total score were decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Latency time were obviously extended ( P 〈 0.05 ). The frequency of urination and defecation were decreased( P 〈 0.05 ). The rats' action frequency and time were not statistically significant in all the groups ( P 〉 0.05). (2 ) The body weights of the model group increased slowly as compared with the control groups,but decreased in some rats. Conclusion The model established in this study is ideal for the study on the combined effect of skin wound combined with psychotic stress.
